Pizza base :
Pizza base with yeast
- Two cups MAIDA or all purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of dry active yeast in warm water for 10 mins! (let it rise and Foam)
- Italian herbs half tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough by adding water slowly!
- Knead for 10 mins Continously!
- Keep aside for 1 and half hour covering it with moist towel!
- The dough will rise and knead again for 5 mins and the pizza dough is ready!
Now flatten the dough using a rolling pin! not to thin not to thick (paratha consistency)
And prick with a fork!
And the pizza base is ready!
